Police has encouraged car with modified exhaust to test their exhausts. It must be ensured that no car should break this rule and the noise of exhaust should be with in legal limits and must not promote noise pollution.
Once Car is tested, it will be issued a certificate which will ensure its validity till further modifications are not made. The theme of the action was to ensure that the sound must not be more than allowed sound by original manufacturer.
So, Racers... pack up your exhausts i think.
